【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
This position is a pivotal role in building a strong project management capability in Astellas HR and driving the implementation of global HR projects that support CSP goals including Performance Goals and Organizational Health Goals. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to deliver HR projects on time and within scope.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】
(雇入れ直後)
This position is primarily responsible for:
1. Project management of global HR projects supporting CPO&CECO office or other leaders in HR
• Propose project scope, objectives and resource plan with clear background and justification.
• Propose project governance & team structures and facilitate process to member assignment.
• Lay out project timelines coordinating work streams and oversees progress to ensure delivery on time.
• Coordinate timing of communication between teams and project governance. Provide guidance to teams on behalf of governance committee as necessary to ensure teams can carry out tasks efficiently.
• Track and manage project budget, headcount allocation and provide periodical report to project governance.
2. Manage the HR project portfolio and drive the execution of core projects in partnership with HRLT and other senior HR leaders in Astellas.
3. Contribute to organization development and capability building in HR by providing coaching on project management skills

【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】
 Occasional international travel
 Needs to demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage time zones and global ways of working.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
 A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
 A minimum three years' experience in global project management, preferably within the HR field.
 A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
 Strong leadership skills.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence various levels of the organization.
 Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics.
 Good interpersonal skills.
