As a Platform Engineer of a team of individuals within SAP Enterprise Platforms, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
An Enterprise Business Platforms Engineer focuses on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms that support our business processes and operations. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA Platform. The goal is to ensure the platform is optimized to support business goals, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.
You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in your field.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

1. Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.
2. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., integrating CRM and ERP systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
4. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
5. Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
6.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
7.Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.
8.Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.
9.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.
10.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.
11.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
1.Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
2.Demonstrated experience in SAP S4/HANA and associated SAP systems and Platforms DevOPS management
3. Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply chain & Procurement
4. Significant experience in overall management of the SAP Eco-system S4/HANA and other SAP Cloud sloutions (Successfactors, Ariba, IBP, Concur)
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Java, C++, Python, R, SQL is highly beneficial
7.Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.

②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
