【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
医薬品製造拠点における品質保証業務に従事し、国際的なGMP規制（CGMP、PIC/S等）への適合をサポートします。監査・文書管理・逸脱対応・変更管理・バリデーションなどのQA活動に従事し、国内外規制当局の査察対応やグローバルチームとの連携を行いながら、製品の安全性・有効性・一貫性を維持します。常時査察対応可能な体制を維持するとともに、科学的根拠と患者志向に基づいた品質向上を推進します。
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】
（雇入れ直後）
Execution of quality assurance tasks under supervision:
1.品質管理業務の実施
医薬品製造における品質基準の遵守を確保し、製品の品質を維持するための業務を主体的に遂行する。
2.変更管理業務の管理
製造プロセスや品質システムにおける変更を適切に管理し、影響評価を行い、必要な改善策を提案する。
3.逸脱管理業務の実施
逸脱が発生した場合の調査を自ら行い、原因分析を実施し、再発防止策を効果的に提案・実施する。
4.CAPA管理業務の遂行
是正措置および予防措置（CAPA）の計画、実施、フォローアップを行い、その効果を評価する。
5.当局査察対応業務の実施
国内外の規制当局による査察に対して、必要な資料の準備や対応を自ら行い、査察結果を分析する。
6.社内及び提携先との連携
他部門や提携先とのコミュニケーションを積極的に行い、品質に関する情報を効果的に共有する。

・学士号
・GMPおよび品質保証に関する基礎知識。
・優れたコミュニケーション能力と協調性。
・一般的なITリテラシーと基本的な問題解決能力。
・変更管理、逸脱管理等におけるGMP上の担当者としての経験
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
・薬剤師資格
・微生物学の単位取得
・グローバル環境での業務経験
・日常会話からビジネスレベルの英語力（積極的に研鑽しているレベル）
・当局による査察およびサプライヤーの品質監査の経験
・国内外におけるMFおよびCTD文書の作成経験
・一般的な品質管理システム（Veeva、TrackWise、SAP、MES、LIMS、LMS）の使用経験
・コンピュータ化システムに関するガイドラインの知識
