Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science/Information Technology /Business Administration
• 7+ years of Hands-on Experience in Concur with good understanding of Concur process and functionality. i.e. Concur administration, Concur Travel, Request and Expenses modules
• Should have Strong functional / process knowledge in Concur Technology with capability of configuring and building Time and Expense setup.
• Must have knowledge of Integration with other SAP modules like Success factors, MDG, HR, FI , GRC and Veeva.
• Administrative call: review Company Card Administrator and Concur Reporting tools, provide Reporting and Support registration assistance
• Deliver training/knowledge to business around imports and extracts in/out of Concur’s services. If applicable, collaborate with assigned Concur technical consultant to ensure set- up of FTP/PGP for clients and deliver training on imports/extracts
• Manage credit card feed/activation/migration process
• Communicate Concur roadmap and features for Strategic and Operational end user enhancements to business process owner
• Effectively understand the Global T&E Policy and process and work towards enabling configuration modification from time to time
• Review Concur Expense configuration and audit rules, ability to carry out adjustments as requested
• Exploring new ideas/functions to fulfil client requirements and configured the same adhering Client Local T&E Processes.
• Innovative mindset and experience with agile, proto-typing and rapid development models
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, analytical, change management and communication skills aligned with program goals and principles.
• Precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
• Fluent in written and verbal business English and Japanese.
