【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
サプライチェーンマネージメント Master Data TeamはGlobal Data Governanceに基づき、Globalでサプライチェーンマスターデータを管理する組織となります。
Master Data Teamは、海外メンバーが多く在籍しており、海外との連携及び日本/アジアのローカルシステムを含めた業務を担当いたします。
サプライチェーンマスターデータとしては、弊社ではSAP S/4 HANAを導入しており、SAP SCM、IBP及び自社ローカルシステムのマスターデータの管理を担います。
また、弊社におけるサプライチェーン業務を深く把握することも重要であり、マスターデータマネージメントだけでなく、一部製品の需給業務についても関わることになります。
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

<Mater Data Manager(MDM)>
Technical Data Steward
• described in master data governance policies and process designs
• Data quality management. Based on actual findings, incidents, or other inputs, identifies the need to come to new data rules, to adjust existing data rules or to decommission data rules.
• Small, ad hoc changes requests. Capable of vetting incoming requests and deciding about their validity and justification and communicating about the results to the requestor.
Business Data Steward
• Executes assigned tasks. Timely escalates any deviations to the coordinator.
• Understands product flows and business scenarios. Can implement master data based on a business scenario.
• Plans and manages own work, in line with agreed timelines, keeping the other business data stewards updated on relevant information on status and outlook.
Coordinator
• Coordination to the master data change activity and time management as the master data change
<Demand & Supply(D&S)>
Supply ＆ Inventory manager:
The Supply and Inventory Manager is responsible for product availability to fulfil demand while minimizing inventory and supply chain costs.
• This is achieved through the planning and execution of supply plan and transactions, in close collaboration with Regional Demand Managers, Stable Supply Leads and internal manufacturing sites or CMOs.
• The Supply and Inventory Manager is key driver to achieve high quality data throughout used systems (such as S4/HANA, SAP IBP) with regards to supply and inventory.

・Experience in SAP S/4 SCM Master Data Management
・Both business level English and Japanese
・high school degree

①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)
