【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
This position is expected to provide extensive legal support to its clients, proactively look for areas to be improved both within Legal and outside of Legal, propose solutions and help implement them by him/herself unless there are any complex issues and/or high risks.
今回募集する「Legal Commercial Counsel for Japan」は、事業部のパートナーとして、ライセンス・業務提携・共同マーケティング/プロモーションを支援し、各種法務サービスを提供して頂くポジションです。事業部に対して戦略的かつ質の高い法的アドバイスを適時・適切に提供することで、企業活動を支えて頂くことが期待されます。アステラス製薬では、世界の人々の健康に貢献するため、共に働く仲間を募集します。
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

Provide extensive legal support to its clients.
Identify areas to be improved to mitigate legal risks through close communication with the clients, propose solutions and help the clients implement them.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
＜必須 / Required＞
・More than 5 years of legal practice
・English
・High communication skill
・企業の法務部または弁護士事務所での法律業務のご経験 ５年以上
・民法・会社法・独占禁止法、特許法等の法律知識
・ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する方
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
・Japanese Bengoshi
・US Bar
・JD

【給与 / Salary】
①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.

完全週休２日制（土曜・日曜）、祝日、5月1日、夏季、年末年始
