As the Identity Management Engineer, you will be a vital member of our Information Security team. Your primary responsibility is to support the Identity Management program at Astellas, including managing and securing user identities and access privileges, ensuring that our organization's systems and data remain protected from unauthorized access. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Identity Management strategy, technology selection, and working with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver a program that aligns with Astellas enterprise objectives.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

- Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of user identities, including onboarding, role-based provisioning, access revocation, and de-provisioning.
- Access Control: Implement and maintain access control mechanisms, ensuring that users have the appropriate access permissions based on their roles and responsibilities.
- Identity Management Strategy: Provide subject matter expertise in the development of an identity and access management strategy, which could include the evaluation, selection, deployment of various identity solutions (e.g., IGA,SSO, MFA, PAM).
- Security Policies and Standards: Enforce security policies and standards related to identity management and access control.
- Identity Governance: Support the identity governance processes to ensure that users' access rights align with business needs and policies.
- Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based services.
- PAM: Manage and expand existing PAM environment, including adding additional targets, capabilities and controls.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that identity management practices align with compliance requirements and industry standards. Support and participate in audits related to identity and access control.
- Incident Response: Collaborate with incident response teams to manage access reviews and access revocation in the event of a security incident.
- Documentation & Metrics: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management policies, procedures, and configurations and develop metrics reporting on current state.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM solutions, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in identity management strategy development and integration planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex security issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
<歓迎 / Preferred>
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or identity management-specific certifications.
• Familiarity with identity governance and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of identity management tools and solutions.

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
