【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
As a core member of the People Enablement team, this position is responsible for designing and leading efforts to build Astellas’ culture through employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This leader will shape the design of initiatives designed engage employees through “moments that matter” across the employee lifecycle. This role will lead and continuously refine Astellas’ annual employee engagement survey and ensure execution of all subsequent action items within Astellas.

Partnering with other members of Astellas’ People Enablement team, this role ensures business leaders have the tools they need to strategically lead the organization while creating a culture that is engaging, diverse, and forward focused.
• Oversees employee engagement as a strategic priority.
• Develop and work with HR and cross-functional partners to execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to: diagnose organization effectiveness issues, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data as part of that analysis, generate human capital recommendations to address performance gaps and build required capability, and craft high impact implementation plans.
• Create alignment on key engagement/culture initiatives while gaining support across the organization and at the executive level.
• Designs strategic initiatives, programs, and processes in support of Astellas’ enterprise efforts related to Employee Value Proposition and Employee Engagement.
• Enhance and operationalize Astellas’ engagement strategy, including surveys, focus groups, and other opportunities to gather employee insights.
• Partner with HR leaders to enhance executive, manager, and employee effectiveness through continuous feedback and coaching.
• Build onboarding networking and exposure for new hires that fosters success and a positive transition.
• Provide support to HRBPs and business leaders on how to interpret and action on data.
• Provide research and practical content to HR and leaders about the impact of engagement on business results.
• Support the organization in driving improvement: develop improvement plans/processes to address organization/system-wide priorities.
• Provide support to leaders and HRBPs for developing meaningful improvement plans at the team and leader level.
• Leverage data and research to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement in organization and talent processes and practices with a focus on developing scalable solutions.
• Partner with corporate communications to provide employee engagement updates.

• This position is hybrid-based in UK or Japan and will require occasional on-site work.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
<必須 / Required>
• Undergraduate degree
• 7+ years of HR experience (can be a combination of COE, HRBP, or COE + HRBP experience)
• 3+ years focused on Talent Management disciplines.
• 3+ years working in matrixed multinational companies.
• Experience leading large culture focused transformational projects.
<歓迎 / Preferred>
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Experience leading multi-national employee engagement initiatives and surveys
• Best Company certification experience
