【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
我々とともに革新的な医薬品を創出し、病に苦しむ患者さんに届けませんか？エンジニアードスモールモレキュールズ部門では、現在注目されているタンパク質分解誘導の技術を用いて、KRAS 変異体のような創薬困難な標的を分解する薬を創出する研究に挑戦しています。またdegrader-antibody conjugate (DAC)のようにタンパク質分解誘導剤を抗体などのモダリティと組み合わせることで、これまでにない医薬品を生み出す取り組みにも注力しております。
本ポジションでは薬理研究員/抗体創薬研究員として、がんやその他の適応症を対象とした臨床開発品を創出するDAC研究プロジェクトのリーダー、または主要メンバーとして活躍いただける人材を募集しています。TPDリーダーシップチーム、プログラムマネジメント、化学、生物学、ADME、毒性学、開発、CMCおよび外部パートナー（CRO等）などの関係者と密接に連携することが求められます。
Won't you join us to create innovative medicines and deliver them to patients suffering from illnesses? In the Engineered Small Molecules (ESM) division, we are challenging to create first-in-class drugs that degrade undruggable targets such as KRAS mutants by using protein degradation technology, which is currently the focus of much attention. In addition, we are focusing on creation of unprecedented drugs by combining protein degraders with other modalities such as antibodies, like degrader-antibody conjugates (DAC).
This position is for a pharmacologist/research scientist with antibody drug discovery capability. The successful candidate will lead or be a key member of DAC projects to create clinical products for cancer and other indications. The successful candidate will also be required to work closely with the TPD leadership team, program management, chemistry, biology, ADME, toxicology, Dev, CMC and external partners (CROs, etc.).

- 研究プロジェクト推進のためのパートナーシップやCROのマネジメント
- チーム内の研究員や関係者と連携し、効率的に研究を進めることができる
- 担当するプロジェクトに関連する会議に参加し、有益な提案や議論を通じてプロジェクトの進展に寄与する
- 社内外の法令、コンプライアンス基準等を遵守し、日々の実験を確実に行う
- Lead DAC research projects or work as a major research project member
- Manage partnership/CRO to promote a research project
- Be coordinated with researchers in a team or related stakeholders to promote research in an efficient manner.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
- ライフサイエンスにおける博士号または同等の学位
- 5年以上の抗体創薬研究における業界経験
- 抗体薬物複合体(ADC)プロジェクトもしくは抗体創薬プロジェクトのリーダーとしての経験
- Ph.D or equivalent in life science
- 5+ years of experience as an antibody researcher in the industry
- Experience as a leader in conventional antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) projects and/or antibody drug discovery projects
