【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
我々とともに革新的な医薬品を創出し、病に苦しむ患者さんに届けませんか？プロテインデグレーダー部門では、現在注目されているタンパク質分解誘導の技術を用いて、KRAS 変異体のような創薬困難な標的を分解する薬を創出する研究に挑戦しています。またdegrader-antibody conjugate (DAC)のようにタンパク質分解誘導剤を抗体などのモダリティと組み合わせることで、これまでにない医薬品を生み出す取り組みにも注力しております。
本ポジションでは複数のDACプログラムを統括するとともに、DAC研究における外部提携機会の探索や戦略策定にも貢献していただきます。TPDリーダーシップチーム、プログラムマネジメント、化学、生物学、ADME、毒性学、事業開発および外部パートナー（CRO等）などの関係者と密接に連携することが求められます。
Won't you join us to create innovative medicines and deliver them to patients suffering from illnesses? In the Targeted Protein Degradation division, we are challenging to create first-in-class drugs that degrade undruggable targets such as KRAS mutants by using protein degradation technology, which is currently the focus of much attention. In addition, we are focusing on creation of unprecedented drugs by combining protein degraders with other modalities such as antibodies, like degrader-antibody-conjugates (DAC).
In this position, the successful candidate will oversee multiple DAC programs and will also contribute to identification of external partnering opportunities and the development of strategy for DAC research. The successful candidate will also be required to work closely with the TPD leadership team, program management, chemistry, biology, ADME, toxicology, business development and external partners (CROs, etc.).

- 内外部環境分析に基づくDAC研究戦略策定への貢献
- DAC創薬に関する外部案件のモニターと提携機会の探索
- 研究プロジェクト推進のためのパートナーシップやCROの運営
- 担当するプロジェクトに関連する会議に参加し、有益な提案や議論を通じてプロジェクトの進展に寄与する
- Oversee DAC research projects
- Contribute to develop the strategy for DAC research based on internal and external analysis
- Monitor potential collaboration opportunities on DAC research to identify an effective collaborator
- Manage partnership/CRO to promote a research project
- Participate in project-related meetings and contribute to the progress of the project through useful suggestions and discussions

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
- ライフサイエンスにおける博士号または同等の学位
- 7年以上の抗体創薬研究における業界経験
- antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)研究プロジェクトのマネジメントもしくはリーダーの経験
- 創薬プロセスや新しいモダリティへの興味とモチベーションをお持ちの方
- Ph.D or equivalent in life science
- 7+ years of experience as an antibody researcher in the industry
- Knowledge and Experience as a manager or a leader in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) research projects
- An interest and motivation for the drug discovery process and new modalities
