アステラスでは、抗体医薬品における分析技術力を強化するため、EMSAT（分析技術機能）の強化を進めています。
本ポジションでは、商用抗体医薬品に関する分析分野のキーパーソン（SME: Subject Matter Expert）として、製品の品質・堅牢性の確保および安定供給に直接的に貢献していただきます。
特に、外部製造委託先とのやり取りにおいて、技術的な観点から交渉・調整ができる方を求めています。
Astellas is strengthening its EMSAT to enhance our capabilities of analytical technology for antibody drugs.
You will act as a key analytical SME for commercial antibody drugs, contributing directly to quality, robustness and stable supply. In particular, someone who can negotiate from a technical point of view at manufacturing with external partners would be required.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

外部製造における分析開発領域において、担当プログラムの遂行に責任を持っていただきます。
技術的な観点からクロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、担当プログラムに関連する各種活動の設計・実行・完了に至るまで、オペレーショナルエクセレンスおよび品質の確保を担っていただきます。
また、外部CMO／CROとの分析分野における窓口として、以下の業務を担当します。
・分析法移管およびトラブルシューティング
・試験戦略に関する科学的な議論および方針整合
・分析データの技術的レビューおよびディスカッション
社内のステークホルダー（CMCプロジェクトマネジメント、QA、CMC薬事、製造部門）と密に連携し、ライフサイクルマネジメント（LCM）のマイルストーン達成および製品価値の最大化を支援します。
なお、社内外のステークホルダーは海外拠点が中心となるため、業務に支障のない英語でのコミュニケーション能力が求められます。また、海外出張の機会もあります。
Accountable for the execution of assigned programs in Analytical development in External Manufacturing. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams from technical perspective to ensure operational excellence/quality in the design, execution and completion of assigned programs activities from technical stuffs.
Serve as the analytical interface to external CMOs/CROs, including:
- Method transfer and troubleshooting activities
- Scientific discussion and alignment on testing strategies
- Technical review and discussion of analytical data
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (CMC PM, QA, Reg CMC, Manufacturing) to support LCM milestones and to maximize product value.
Since our stakeholders are out of Japan, certain English communication skills are required. Also, there might be opportunities to travel overseas for business.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
＜必須 / Required＞
・医薬品の研究開発における実務経験
・分析開発関連業務における技術的専門性
・ライフサイエンスまたは関連分野における学士号／修士号、もしくは博士号
・社内関係者および外部パートナーとの良好な関係構築を可能にする、高いコミュニケーション能力および論理的思考力
・製薬業界または関連業界での5年以上の実務経験
・技術的な議論をリードできる、ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力
・Experience in pharmaceutical research & development
・Technical expertise in analytical development related activities
・BS/MS or Ph.D in a life science or relevant field
・Good communication and logical thinking skills that can facilitate the relationship with internal colleagues and external partners
・5+ years working in pharma or relevant industry
・Business-level Japanese and English proficiency with the ability to lead technical discussions
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
・外部CRO／CMOのマネジメント経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント、予算見積および業務遂行状況の管理経験
・最新のGMP規制（ICH、FDA、EMA、PMDA）に関する実務レベルの知識
・Experience managing external CRO/CMOs
・Experience with Project Management, budget estimation and tracking of task execution.
・Working knowledge of the latest GMP regulations (ICH, FDA, EMA and PMDA)
