【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】
As the PADCEV Brand lead, responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals (HCPs) as well as Core and Extended members of the Local Brand Team (LBT) to formulate and implement the brand plan, thereby driving the maximization of short-, mid-, and long-term brand value and delivering on numerical objectives, including profitability.


【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

1. Strategy and Planning
•Collect and analyse data on markets, competitors, and customers to generate insights that contribute to the brand strategy.
•Support the preparation of materials for brand strategy meetings and brand plan development, contributing to effective decision-making.
•Collaborate and coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders to drive various projects forward.
•Enhance the quality of the brand plan by evaluating the return on investment of each initiative and formulating an omnichannel plan to maximize product profitability.
•Participate in regular meetings with the global team and partner companies to engage in discussions for brand plan development.
•Promote communication and information sharing to facilitate the understanding and alignment of internal stakeholders with the strategy.

2. Execution of Strategy and Plans
•Lead the development of action plans for the execution of the brand plan.
•Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other relevant stakeholders to embed the brand plan into their organizations and drive its implementation.
•Contribute to the continuous achievement of strong customer engagement for Astellas in the relevant disease area through PADCEV promotional activities, taking into account trends in promotional channels.

3. Market and Customer Engagement
•Enhance the quality of the brand plan through congress activities and KOL management (in collaboration with OLL).
•Accurately capture clinical practice trends in collaboration with the frontline and relevant departments, and deepen the understanding of short-, mid-, and long-term market dynamics as well as customer needs.

4. Organizational Management and Talent Development
•Contribute to the growth of individual members and the enhancement of overall team capabilities by providing practical support to other team members.
•Ensure compliance with relevant laws, industry regulations, and internal policies in communications related to PADCEV, thereby securing the appropriateness of information provided.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
<必須 / Required>
•Bachelor’s degree
•Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
•Fundamental expertise required for building promotional strategies
•Ability to engage healthcare professionals and internal members (LBT members and cross-functional teams) and communicate effectively
•Strong compliance mindset to adhere to internal guidelines and policies while avoiding legal risks
•Advanced analytical and logical thinking skills
•Ability to set goals independently and deliver results in highly uncertain or unprecedented situations
•Business-level English communication skills

<歓迎 / Preferred>
•Experience in the field of urothelial carcinoma
•Medical and pharmaceutical knowledge sufficient to engage in in-depth discussions with specialists

【給与 / Salary】
①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
