- Program Member/Program Leader
本ポジションでは、メディシナルケミストとして、がんやその他の適応症を対象としたタンパク質分解誘導剤、あるいはタンパク質分解誘導剤-抗体複合体(DAC)の臨床開発品を創出するプログラムのリーダー、あるいはリーダー候補として活躍していただける方を募集しております。プロジェクトチームの薬理、薬物動態、毒性学等の研究者、および社外の共同研究者や業務委託先（CRO）と密接に連携することが求められます。
- Principal Investigator of DAC Research
本ポジションでは、メディシナルケミストとして、がんやその他の適応症を対象としたタンパク質分解誘導剤-抗体複合体(DAC)の臨床開発品を創出する複数のプログラムのグループリーダーとして活躍していただける方を募集しております。部門のリーダーシップチーム、各プロジェクトチームの薬理、薬物動態、毒性学等の研究者、および社外の共同研究者や業務委託先（CRO）と密接に連携することが求められます。
Protein degrader/Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) conducts research to create first in class PROTAC molecule to degrade undruggable cancer drivers such as KRAS active mutants. To achieve this, TPD needs qualified medicinal chemists having expertise and motivation on drug design and synthesis of complex and unconventional hetero-bifunctional chemicals.
- Program Member/Program Leader
This position is for a medicinal chemistry team leader or its candidate to create a differentiating clinical candidate based on protein degraders or Degrader-Antibody Conjugate(DAC). A person in this position will need to work closely with the program stakeholders in the role of program management, biology, ADME, and toxicology as well as external partners such as CROs or research collaborators.
- Principal Investigator of DAC Research
This position is for a medicinal chemistry leader to create a differentiating clinical candidate based on Degrader-Antibody Conjugate(DAC). A person in this position will oversee multiple research programs and need to work closely with the division leadership team and program stakeholders in the role of program management, biology, ADME, and toxicology as well as external partners such as CROs or research collaborators.

・タンパク質分解誘導剤のデザイン、および合成
・デザインに必要な薬理・ADME・物性データの理解、および構造活性相関の取得
・開発候補化合物のCMC活動に向けたの予備的な合成法の検討
・共同研究や委託研究のマネジメント
・薬理、薬物動態、毒性学等の研究者との密接な連携、および各種報告会での議論を通した研究方針の策定
・研究コンプライアンスを順守した実験業務の遂行
※ Principal Investigator of DAC Researchは上記に加え
・Degrader-antibody conjugate (DAC)の創製
・複数のDAC研究プログラムを統括
・新規DAC研究プログラムの立案

- Deliver clinical candidates
- Design and synthesize target molecules and analyze assay data for the next drug design
- Propose efficient synthetic route to accelerate CMC activity after candidate nomination
- Manage partnership/CRO to promote a research program effectively
- Participate in program-related meetings and contribute to the progress of the program through the suggestions and discussions
- Be coordinated with multiple experts in the area of biology, ADME and toxicology
- Ensure daily experiments to be complied with internal and external laws, regulations, and compliance standards

- Lead DAC research group or team

- MS or equivalent in life science
- Experience as a medicinal chemist in the industry
- Ability to design and carry out synthetic experiments safely and accurately

・蛋白モデリング、ドッキング、AIなどを使ったドラッグデザインの知識、および経験
・委託先や共同研究との協働に必要な英語でのコミュニケーション力

・メディシナルケミストの複数プログラムのマネジメント経験、テーマ立案経験
Common to all jobs
- Ph.D or equivalent in life science
- 5+ years of experience as a medicinal chemist in the industry
- Experience in TPD field (e.g. PROTAC, Molecular glue etc.)
- Ability and skills on computational simulations for effective drug designs
- Communication skills in English to work with collaborators and CRO partners
