As a Cloud Security Lead, you will be a vital member of our Information Security team, focused on the security and compliance of our cloud-based infrastructure and services. Your role is to design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect our cloud environments and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

- Cloud Security Strategy: Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Cloud Infrastructure Security: Design and configure cloud infrastructure securely, including networks, virtual machines, storage, and other cloud services, utilizing tools and technologies like AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
- Cloud Governance: Enforce cloud governance policies and best practices to maintain compliance across the cloud environment by setting access controls and monitoring for policy adherence.
- Cloud Access Management: Administer (or provide governance over delegated authority) cloud user accounts, roles, and permissions and manage cloud access effectively.
- Security Documentation: Create and maintain security documentation, including security policies, standards, and procedures related to cloud security.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and perform cloud compliance assessments.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with cloud service providers and security vendors to ensure the selection of the most effective security solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams, developers, and business units to integrate security into the development and deployment of cloud-based applications and services.
- Metrics and Reporting: Provide periodic metrics on the state of the cloud security posture.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
＜必須 / Required＞
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to adapt to evolving threats and technologies, with a proactive approach to implementing cloud security solutions.
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
• Advanced degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or cloud provider-specific certifications.
• Experience with cloud security tools and solutions.
• Knowledge of security automation and scripting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
