• As a Cloud Engineer, you will be a vital member of our DigitalX TrustTechX team. Your primary responsibility is to manage the multi cloud (AWS and Azure) and hybrid environments at Astellas, including full stack automation, incident response, assisting project teams with cloud deployments, and troubleshooting cloud related issues. In this role, you will be a member of a team that will be responsible for delivering a self-service marketplace for the Astellas Enterprise.

8. Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
9.Migrate existing on-premises applications and services to the cloud.
10.Monitor cloud services and infrastructure for availability, performance, and cost optimization.
11.Ensure cloud environments comply with industry standards and company security policies.
12.Collaborate with software engineering and IT teams to support development, deployment, and operations of cloud-based applications.
13.Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-related initiatives.
14.Stay current with new cloud technologies and best practices and recommend innovations that enhance and optimize the company's cloud strategy.
15.Automate cloud deployments and configuration management tasks using scripting languages and cloud automation tools.
16.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Hybrid Cloud environment.

【Organizational Context】
・As individual contributor of a team of individuals in the 'Hybrid Cloud and Delivery Operations' team, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organizaion. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
・Digital Capability consists of several groups, each led by Head of Digital. These groups vary in their specific digital capabilities; for example, one of the groups might specialize in data science. Within each group, there are further subdivisions into smaller groups, each focusing on a more detailed aspect of the capability, such as machine learning and statistical modeling within the data science group. The base of the structure consists of individual contributors who report to the heads of these specialized groups. These individuals execute specific tasks and functions within their area of expertise. The groups in Digital Capability share commonalities in focusing on professional development and skill enhancement while they differ in their areas of expertise, reflecting the specialized skills and roles of their members.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing. Or equivalent experience.
2.Demonstrated experience or strong interest in specific area of digital capability.
3.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Python, R, SQL.
7.Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
8.Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud computing service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
9.Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, security, compute, storage, and database services.
10.Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
11.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
12.Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
13. Certifications in cloud computing platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect).
14.Experience with serverless architectures.
15.Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, Ruby) and scripting.
