【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

-Develop access strategies and tactical solutions aligned with brand strategy
-Collect and analyse access-related insights from the field and relevant stakeholders, and reflect them in strategy and solution design
-Engage with key access stakeholders to help shape a favourable access environment
-Collaborate cross-functionally with the local brand team to integrate access into overall brand execution
-Partner with the Area Access & Customer Solutions Group to validate and refine access solutions

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
<必須 / Required>
-Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including roles in Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Government Affairs, or Healthcare Policy
-Strong knowledge of national pharmaceutical policies and regulations, with a solid understanding of the operational processes within relevant government bodies and commercial organizations
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and commercial partners
-Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
-Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
<歓迎 / Preferred>
-Direct experience in Market Access or relevant area such as Marketing, Sales, Government Affairs and Healthcare Policy
-Hands-on experience engaging with MHLW, local governments, or medical societies
-Experience in building collaborative frameworks for regional healthcare integration and team-based care
-Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or other relevant master’s degrees
-Experience working in a global organization or in collaboration with global teams

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
